Refund and Exchange Policy

1. What are the terms of Return Policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction and will do our best to ensure you are pleased with your order. As most of our products are 100% hand-stitched and handcrafted, slight variations in color may occur. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied due to a defect or damage, we are happy to offer a full refund or re-fulfilment of your order. Please return the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure the following:

• You are available for pick-up.
• The returned product includes its original tag, invoice, and packaging.
• The returned product is in an unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. We also appreciate your feedback! Please fill out our feedback form with your valuable suggestions.

2. What are the terms of Exchange?
We only exchange items due to sizing issues. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please email us at hello@meldstudio.in or +91 98916 47212 to initiate within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original packaging with the tag.
All exchange packages must be shipped at your expense to the following address:

3. How do I Revise/Cancel my order?
After placing an order on our online store, you can request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours. Please note that a 5% cancellation/handling fee (of the order value) will be charged for account/card refunds.
