Refund and Exchange Policy
1. What are the terms of Returns, Refunds & Exchanges?
At Meld Studio, every garment is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities using carefully selected materials and artisanal techniques. We encourage mindful purchases and hope you cherish each piece as much as we do.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a request, please contact us at hello@meldstudio.in or +91 98916 47212 within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear images of the product.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must:
Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Be available for pickup (where applicable) or shipped back securely if requested.
Once the returned product reaches our studio, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the request is approved, we will process the return, exchange, or refund accordingly. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Please note that products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
As our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, print placement, or finish are a natural part of the making process and celebrate the individuality of each piece. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. How do I Cancel or Revise my Order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered production or been dispatched.
For prepaid orders, a 5% cancellation and payment processing fee will be deducted before the refund is processed.

3. What is the Timeline for Production, Dispatch & Delivery?
Every Meld Studio garment is thoughtfully made in limited quantities, and many styles are produced to order to minimise waste and encourage mindful consumption.
The estimated production timeline for each garment is mentioned on its respective product page.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched from our studio in Noida, India.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Within India: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note that international delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, local courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
You will receive:
An order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee collected by Meld Studio.
Customs policies vary by country, and any additional charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If an international shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect shipping information, shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
